Construction Documentation and Approvals

We will manage the complete construction documentation and approvals process. This will include:

  • Tendering project management, architectural and consultant agreements for the purpose of construction documentation and construction approvals
  • Optimisation of building design and construction methods to achieve project goals including profitability, quality and functionality
  • Development of products such as layouts and finishes to maximize cost efficiency balance with product desirability
  • Facilitation of final construction specification
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of approvals such as Construction Certificate, Occupation Certificate and Strata Registration
  • Facilitation of development project meetings
